My husband and I purchased our first Motorhome from Reliable RV this week. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had previously started our RVing experience with a purchase of a 5th wheel from Camping World. That experience nearly soured us on the whole traveling lifestyle, but Reliable RV went that extra mile to ensure that we found the unit that was right for us. Our salesman listened to our needs and concerns and helped us find the right fit for us. No high pressure sale...Rick made us feel at ease. And, after we made our decision on our Motorcoach, we were provided an extensive orientation on the unit by Ed! Wow! He went through every thing on that coach from the lug nuts to the light fixtures...Ed,...you Rock! Even through financing we were treated so well. Jennifer made that part so easy and understandable. We bought our 2009 Holiday Rambler Neptune from Reliable, they bent over backwards to make sure everything was fixed before we drove it off the lot. We were looking to upgrade our 10 year old travel trailer to something better situated for our family. James initially met with my in-laws and showed them something pretty close to what we were looking for. Our dream camper - the one that checks all of the boxes - probably does not exist, but what James showed them came close. We met with James a few days later to finalize the deal and he could not have been more honest and forthcoming with us. Many salesmen will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale, but we did not get that feeling from James or the rest of the staff. We truly believe they had our best interests in mind. A great benefit of purchasing at Reliable RV is that after the walk-through we were able to spend the night in our new camper on property so that we could finish cleaning out our traded in camper and to get use to the new one. That was a huge positive! - Larry

They have a good selection and we will check with them first when it comes time to purchase another RV. - Old
The salesman Robert Douglas was great! No pressure. Really understood what we want, never showed us anything that we didnt want to see. He didnt ask for our number, he will email us only what we are interested in. We will definitely keep in touch with him & stop in every time we are in Springfield, until we find the RV we want. Really good place to go. They have a huge range of campers, from pop-ups, all the way to many different motorhomes, travel trailers, toy haulers, etc. Take a look there before you look elsewhere. We were very pleased. They have an RV service center as well. They are just down the street from several good hotels weve stayed at. - Ba

We bought a new 2020 Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition 293RLDS travel trailer from Reliable RV in May of 2020. Bobby and the crew were awesome to work with. Bobby really knows his stuff and is not high pressure. He helped us chose the travel trailer that worked best for us. The guys in the service and parts department were first class. Our orientation was great. I 100% recommend Reliable RV to anyone who is looking to purchase an RV. 10/10 rating!!! - Joey
We chose a used RV for our first time buying. James was our sales rep. He couldnt have been anymore kinder and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and if he didnt know, got the answers for us. We ran into a few hiccups, which brought Nate into the picture. Nate was very kind and patient with us and our frustration. addressed everything immediately. Marcus was great. Got us a great rate and was very pleasant taking our money! lol. Moving belongings into the RV went smooth ! James even pitched in and helped us move in! We all actually had a few laughs moving! With the hiccups and some things that were not in their control happening, Jason and the service department got the job done. Just want to thank everyone that we had contact with. Good experience! Tyler was a fabulous sales man. We were able to complete the sale of our Catilina summit 221dbsck from 500 miles away. Every question we had he was willing to answer, sent us pictures and videos of the trailer we were purchasing. When we drove in to pick her up everything was ready. The staff I can not say enough about. Everyone from the service was amazing. They made sure that we felt comfortable before hitting the road back home. Marcus from financing was funny and made sure that we understood everything and was comfortable with our payments and extra coverage. I purchased my RV from tom over the internet. He got me a very reasonable price in this environment. He also was able to get me a new ride in a matter of 6 weeks. Its a difficult thing to do in this climate. He was also responsive and was super nice every step of the way. He might be 2000 miles from me, but I would gladly go back and buy another one from him. Quick shoutout from Darrell the finance manager too. He got me a better rate than my bank and he didnt try to BS me on fees. It was basically the selling price + $199 , but you have to get your own tags since I am out of state. I was in and out in 30 min, only tesla do it faster. Guys at service, Rick and Ed were super nice too. Car was delivered with no major issues. We all know Rv service is subpar, but they did a pretty good job in it. Thanks all - Tom
